I saw 'the Happening' last night, and after hearing mixed reviews wasn't sure what to expect. But I agree with Stic. The apparent random suicide scenes were awesome and spine tinglingly creepy. I like M night shyamalan films. The characterizations are always clever and interesting and this one was no exception ,The mad old hermit lady was a real jem! Go see it 7/10

I watched The Bank Job on saturday night... thankfully, I had acquired this through an illegal, non-paid for source, as it was a pile of crap. I am a big fan of Jason Statham, at least, I was. His big breakthrough films (LS&2SB and Snatch) were part of a fantastic genre that I really enjoyed, and his almost cameoic (if that's even a word) role as "The Monk" in the 2001 remake of Mean Machine was fantastic, but this film just didn't do anything. The plot was completely exaggerated (although I won't spoil it for anyone) and there were a number of seriously far fetched moments that even I, as a fan of farce, couldn't appreciate. To be honest, it's 2 hours I'll never get back, 3/10

I'm going to watch the dark knight with Mr. Pig tonight. I will let you glance your eyeballs upon my golden shower review when I have decided if the moving jay-peg was any good or just another spamfest of illogical impossible stunts and whatnots. Meerkat Mannor can suck my balls, those little fucks don't know what they are doing. If some douche wasn't talking all the time it'd be as amusing as watching the morning weather report from Fuck-You land read by Mr. Eat Dead Kettles. I'm looking at you Mister Twister. I did see Spiderman 3 on sunday because our Local paid for watching adverts broadcaster decided that RS of A is overpopulated and that we needed a few people to cut their vaginas off and bleed to death. What a cocksmoke! The chick has bad teeth and she keeps on moaning and crying like someone that needs a screwdriver in the EAR! Spiderman was supposed to be a cool dude like in the commics, but instead hes a fucking douche who probably can't clean the shit stains off his own underpants. Tobey McGuire WTF!? Who decided that!? When he turned into a emo goth kid I actually thought the movie was getting interesting trying to reward the people who hasn't yet killed their TVs with golf clubs with some awesome spiderman coolnes. Fuck was I wrong! How can the dude from that 70's show star as a bad guy in ANY movie!? That's like getting the old guy from 3rd rock from the sun to fight Sylvester break your balls off with his eyes Stallone in Clithanger. If MNet ever screens a piece of shit like that on a sunday evening again I'm fucking seriously reporting them to the Common wealth commision on charges of attempted genocide. Smart people can DIE from shit like this. Do you know what happens when all the smart people die!? ZIM fucking BABWE is what happens, right in your piss!

Ok so yesterday me PIG and a whole entourage went to see the batty film. It was crazy when I walked into the cinematic to take my seat because everywhere people stood up, starring at me whispering "OMFW I carent bereive it is Stic! LOL!!!!111eleven". I just walked and sat down and ignored them because fuck, this is my job and I have to focus. I can't let a couple hundred racists appartheid babies make me not give a honest review. The film. It's a lot like the first one except without the dirty first part where Mr. Gun-kata learns how to punch stuff up. The thing that makes this movie really really good is the Joker. Probably the best villian EVER in the history of the universe of the universe. If evry crime boss was like him then the whole world would be a huge cockblast as everyone in excistance would be working for some bad guy because he was just so cool. The only thing that upsets me is that the people from the movie thinks that I would believe that people can walk around with half a face. NO ONE can walk around with half a face, I tried it once and IT DOESN'T FUCKIN WORK!!! 8/10. Not 10 because if you take out one actor the movie wouldn't be super duper.

Pan's Labyrinth Me and the Misses went out to rent a movie, this was about the only thing worthwile in the entire store, and they had an 18+ section. It's quite a good movie, really. The Spanish made it a little more, how say, well I don't know, it just helped the movie 'cause I don't understand it. I expected (and actually also wanted) the movie to be more bizarre though. Boy do my reviews suck.

Last night I watched the panic room with Jodie Foster, I know it's a few years old but it's the first time I've seen it. Anyway, not a bad movie, I just don't understand how anyone can put together a survial kit/secure place, and have food, water, first aid, etc, etc, and not include a shotgun. C'mon, everyone owns a shotgun, you know how many thriller movies could be ended in the first 10 minutes with a shotgun? Everyone one here keeps a shotgun in their bedroom loaded with 00buck, right? Everyone?

[REC] We rented this on recommendation by some Spanish dude. I wasn't really sceptical towards it or anything, but still I was quite surprised with how good this movie seemed to be at the beginning. The story is shot through 1 camera only, the camera of Pablo, who is the (dur) cameraman for reporter Angela. The 2 of them are filming a small documentairy called "While you're asleep", which is a series of human intrest-documentaries on Spanish television. Today they are filming the life of the Barcelona fire-department. It starts of quite nicely done, if you wouldn't be aware of it being a movie you'd swear you were looking at a real documentary. So all goes at quite a slow and easy pace, until they finally get in an alarm, and old lady seems to be stuck in her appartment. They arrive onto the scene, where the cops have already ordered everyone in the building downstairs. What then happens is all really quite able to creep you out, some events really come as a slap in the face to keep you awake, and most of the scenes are really, really tense and intrigueing, (like the sealing of the building, you'll understand when you see it) But about halfway through, the movie becomes standard horror runawayfromdanger, which really is disappointing after the promising start. You Amercaains should be able to enjoy this movie too, since it's getting remade for 2008. What the fuck, the original (Spanish) version came out in 2007, what's WRONG with you guys? If you're in a videorentalthingiemabob that happens to have both of the versions, get the Spanish one, 'cause I'm quite sure that one will have a much better beginning at least.

I saw that Clint Eastwood boxing movie the other night, million dollar baby or something like that. It was a pretty good flick, up to Clint's usual high standards. Then ending kind of sucked though.

I saw "Burn After Reading" Friday at the theater. It was good all things considered, and makes me grudgingly admit that Brad Pitt and George Clooney actually are good actors. The chick in the movie that is a gym worker gets a little annoying about 3/4 the way into the movie, you kinda want to put duct tape on her and write STFU over the tape, but its the first movie in a long time that there werent any lulls at all. I do have to say I was surprised as fuck when (spoiler alert, bitches) he shot the guy and they showed it, and he cleaved the guy in the face and they showed it. Seems like everyone else in the theater was surprised too. And I want that sex cushion thingy, mostly because it cracks me up, but also because, hey.... Anywho, this is why I stick to writing about politics and not doing movie reviews, but at least I actually saw a movie. OH! And I saw a part of the Fifth Element on TV last night, and all I have to say is ...WHAT. the. FUCK. Worst Bruce Willis movie ever, and thats saying something. The only plus side was Mila Jovovich in a tight outfit, though the hair was ugly.

| But did you get the fuck beat out of you during this movie? I just watched the first three Indiana Jones movies, I had never seen them before. I also bought school of rock but have not watched it yet. Those Indiana Jones movies were actually pretty good, maybe now I'll get around to watching ET and maybe even starwars. I actually saw the very first starwars movie back in the 70's in the theater but none of the rest of them, I saw half of the first batman movie too, turned it off because there was no *BIFF* or *POW*.....never watched any of the others either. I do own the 1963 version of batman. _________________ | PIG wrote: | | racism and hate. I like that |

| I watched Ocean's 11 this weekend, both the 1960 version and the new one. All I can say is Clooney, Pitt, and Bernie Mac don't have shit on Frank, Sammy, and Deano. The Rat Pack rocked this one. _________________ | PIG wrote: | | racism and hate. I like that |

I saw "How to lose friends and alienate people" I've always been a Pegg fan, but um, Kirsten Dunst makes me wanna puke. I dont think I've liked her in a movie since that one from the early 90s where all the toys come to life. That being said, Meghan Fox may well be one of the hottest females on earth, though she was hotter in Transformers. Now shes gotten hollywoodified and is a little too titless to be as hot as she was, but it was still hot when she jumped in the pool wearing a white dress. The best part is when he says, "Jesus!" hands down. It was almost worth watching for that.
