I've discussed the concept of tipping before. It's different down here, and isn't neccessarily expected... though if I'm treated right, I've been known to tip over 50% .

depending on food and service... and I do tip chef's - rarely

When I was younger, I was awful... I used to leave a decent tip... but all in change littered/hidden all over the table. I'm sure the bus boy got his fair share, too.
