| You gotta buy your own poles? Around here if you are set back off the road and you need a pole or over 9000 to get the wire back there, you gotta buy your own. | well, it'll be something like that. Not double storied...and no porch for now. But it will be built out of real materials...like brick and concrete. None of those shoddy ammie wooden huts. Also, it's gotta have a shitter. |

That was the one plan. Problem with that is I'd need to have designs for the full house. The location for that is on top of the hill...so would need to build a road up their for construction vehicles, escavate to get it flat etc. blah money. At the moment, I just need this 1 room to get my loan switched to a not-fuck-you-account. I can turn it into a store room...guest house...servants quarters later. |
